Process for immobilizing biological components in a polymeric matrix as well as biosensors obtained therefrom
Immobilising biological components (A), esp. enzymes, in a polymer matrix by first forming a mixt. of ≥ 1 (A) with a prepolymer (I) (soluble in water or emulsifiable in water without an auxiliary) that has an apolar main chain (at least over much of its sequence) to which are attached polar, hydroph...

Zusammenfassung: | Immobilising biological components (A), esp. enzymes, in a polymer matrix by first forming a mixt. of ≥ 1 (A) with a prepolymer (I) (soluble in water or emulsifiable in water without an auxiliary) that has an apolar main chain (at least over much of its sequence) to which are attached polar, hydrophilic gps. directly or in side-chains. The reaction mixt., after evapn. of aq. solvent, is reacted at room temp. to 70 degrees C (pref. at ≤ 40 degrees C) via crosslinks able to form a 3-D, crosslinker, hydrophobic polymer matrix in which (A) is embedded. Also new are the prods. (B) of this process and biosensors contg. (B). |
