The blade is releasably secured in the recess by a pivot member extending transversely through the recess. The cutting tool blade includes an open-ended slot having an arcuate closed end and one or more flat surfaces. The pivot member has a shank portion with arcuate and flat sides, and is selectively rotatable in the cutting blade slot between a locked position preventing separation of the blade from the pivot member, and an unlocked position permitting separation of the blade and pivot member. |
