Zusammenfassung: | In the motor the armature comprises a number of ring shaped laminations mounted to a web member having a central hub for mounting on the armature shaft intermediate the bearing and the bearing member. The first commutator is mounted adjacent to the hub and within a cylinder formed by the ring shaped laminations of the armature. The brush card comprises an electrically non-conductive base member having an outer periphery and a central aperture with a diameter larger than the diameter of the commutator, the base member supporting the pair of brushes within the outer periphery of the base member and the brush having an arcuate brush tube for retaining and guiding a crescent brush and a torsion spring mounted to the base member and biasing each of the brushes in an arcuate direction toward the commutator. The brush card means is mounted to the end bell and the pair of diametrically opposed brushes are contained within the ring shaped laminations. |
