Zusammenfassung:A laser welding head is claimed comprising a nozzle (10) with an outlet diameter (d) that is very much reduced. In the case of a carbon dioxide laser with a focal length of 150 mm this diameter (d) would be 2.5 mm. The nozzle (10) has an internal surface (11) that is conical with a half angle (a) at its summit of 15 degrees. It presents an outlet zone with a radius (r) that is almost double the diameter (d), with a value of 4 mm in the case of the laser cited above. The inner surface (11) of the nozzle (10) has a surface state at least as good as a value of 0.8 Ra.
