Polycondensates containing polysiloxane groups

Polycondensates of formula (I) are new: X = -(R )s-(SiR R O)t-SiR R -(R )s-; R , R ' = H, 1-22C 2-22C alkenyl, 3-8C cycloalkyl, 6-14C aryl, (6-14C)-(1-8C alkyl), MO3S-R -, MO3S-, MO3S-(R eO)_n6-R e-, R -Ar-CO- (with Ar = benzene ring substd. with -(OR f)n7-SO3M), or R '-(P(O)(R ")O)r_'-P(O)(R ")-R( )s_'-(CO)t_'- or R '-Si(R ')2-O-SIR 'R ')w-(SiR "R- (with R = -(R gO)n8R "); R -R g = 1-30C alkylene, 3-8C cycloalkylene and/or 2-30C alkenylene, opt. substd. with R ; R , R ' = 1-22C alkylene, 2-22C alkenylene, 3-8C cycloalkylene and/or 6-14C arylene, with 0-30% of all these gps. substd. with -SO3M; R = 1-30C alkylene, 3-8C cycloalkylene or 2-30C alkenylene; R , R ', R " = H, 1-30C alkyl, 3-8C cycloalkyl or 2-30C alkenyl; R = one of the gps. as listed for R (but independent of R ); R = 1-22C alkyl, 3-8C cycloalkyl or 2-22C alkenyl, with 0-30% of all R substd. with -SO3M; R , R ', R " = as for R , etc.; R = as for R ; M = H, alkali metal, or opt. substd. ammonium; n1-n8 = 0-40; p, q = 2-20; r, r' = 0-40; y = 2-20; t, t', s, s', u = 0 or 1; a = 0 or 1; b, w, v = 0-80. Also claimed is a process for the prodn. of (I) (see below).
