Zusammenfassung: | The temperature sensor (21) is connected by a first contact surface (22) to the steam or air mixture flowing out of the cooking and roasting compartment. It is connected by a second contact surface (23) for transferring heat to the environment. The temperature sensor is connected to an air cooling element and is positioned behind a steam outlet (19) contained in the wall of a steam-roaster (2) contained in a housing (1). The heating element is in the form of an electric resistance heating element (28) on the underside of the floor (10) of the filling compartment. The lid (5) is transparent. The steam cooker has connections for a water inlet (12) and outlet (13). |
