The screen comprises a phosphor and an acutance dye defined by wherein R and R are independently chosen from the set consisting of hydrogen, alkyl, and aryl; R , R , R and R are independently chosen from the set consisting of H, alkyl, halogen, alkoxy, hydroxy; R represents alkyl, aryl, -OR , -NR R wherein R , R and R independently represent hydrogen, alkyl, and aryl; R is alkyl, aryl, -CN, -COR wherein R is alkyl, aryl, -COOR wherein R is alkyl, and aryl; R and R can be taken together to form a five or six member ring or a substituted five or six member ring.
