System for recognition and management of an electrochemical generator

The subject of the present invention is a recognition and management system for electrochemical generators connected to an application, characterised in that it comprises an electronic memory associated with the said generators, a means for reading the said memory and a means for writing into the said memory, which means are placed in the said application, the said electronic memory including a first, non-volatile (non-erasable) part, containing data allowing the said generator to be identified, and a second part which can be altered or erased, containing data relating to the operation and the state of the said generator.
