Zusammenfassung:	In the medical unit, or device for operating theatres, particularly a heart-lung machine, the electronic data monitoring and data analysis device is divided into two units, which are electrically separated from each other and housed in different spaces. These are a data analysis part (15) which is outside the operating theatre, and a data monitoring and data storage part (14) which is on the unit or device. The data storage part consists mostly of at least one memory card (20), for which both units (14) and (15) have an interface or data transfer position. The data analysis part (15) can thus be used for several units or devices, and is easier to arrange outside the operating theatre. Also, the unit in the operating theatre can be made more compact and space-saving.
