Frame for embroidering machine

The subject of the present invention is a large embroidering machine having a multiplicity of embroidering stations which are fastened in a horizontal arrangement to the machine frame. So that, in large embroidering machines of this type, there is no need for a foundation involving a high outlay and the machine can, for a comparable production capacity, be produced with a lower overall height, the embroidering machine according to the invention has a machine frame with an essentially U-shaped cross-section open upwards, at least two essentially vertical U-ribs (16) open upwards being connected to one another by means of longitudinal members (3, 3a) and forming in the longitudinal direction of the machine a channel (14) which is open at least on the end faces (15) and in which cloth shafts of a cloth tenter (10) are arranged movably.
