Zusammenfassung:	For high powers, a plurality of semiconductor devices (6, 7) mounted on conductor tracks (3, 4) are connected in parallel in a module. They are situated opposite one another in pairs with specular symmetry. In each case, at least one pair and not more than two pairs of semiconductor devices situated one behind the other in the direction of the axis of symmetry are connected to terminal leads (8, 9). The position of the terminal leads with respect to the contacted semiconductor devices is identical for each pair of semiconductor devices or every two pairs of semiconductor devices. Corresponding terminal leads are connected together above the conductor track.
