The present invention relates to 2-allylperfluoro(cyclo)alkyl trifluorovinyl ethers of the formula I in which R F and R F are either -CF3 or together are (CF2) n where n = 2 or 3. A process for their preparation, and homo- and copolymers prepared therefrom.
