Zusammenfassung:A data processing system consists of a number of system units (E1, E2). Each system unit (E1, E2) operates at a different clock frequency. A control unit (SE) supplies the system units (E1, E2) with the required clock (CLK1, CLK2). In addition, the control unit (SE) controls a data exchange between the system units (E1, E2) in that the control unit (SE) outputs clock-synchronous signals (RDY, LE) to the system units (E1, E2) or to a transmission buffer (L), respectively.
