The lactam compounds according to the invention have the general formula I in which the ring A denotes an aromatic or heteroaromatic radical having 6 ring atoms; the ring B denotes an optionally substituted benzene ring; and Z denotes or O; R, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, X1 and X2 are as defined in greater detail in the description.
