Zusammenfassung:	A machine of this type includes a casing (1) including a heating enclosure (2) which is delimited by a tubular wall (3) and which is subjected, on the one hand, to microwave radiation leaving two outlets (6 and 7) made in the tubular wall and connected to a pair of waveguides attached to a microwave generator (8) and, on the other hand, to infrared radiation emitted by heating means, the said enclosure being equipped with a support (9) for the frozen preparation. According to the invention, the outlets (6 and 7) of the waveguides are distributed over two opposite regions of the said tubular wall (3) and the infrared heating means include at least two arrays extending axially to the wall (3) and distributed in two opposite regions separate from those of the outlets (6 and 7).
