Zusammenfassung:	Method for the weld-overlaying of cylindrical workpieces (11) using a laser (13), in which, after facing the surface to be overlayed, the workpiece (11) is rotated about its axis, a laser beam (14) is emitted and partially focused onto the surface of the workpiece (11), and a pre-alloyed powder, having the composition of the alloy to be deposited, is sprayed in the interaction zone (15) between the beam (14) and the workpiece (11).
