Or, wherein R'' is a cyclic amine or -NR'''R''', wherein R''' and R''' independently are H, C1-6-alkoxy, C3-7-cycloalkyl or C1-6-alkyl. The compounds are useful in psychoparmaceutical preparations as anticonvulsants, anxiolytics, hypnotics and in improving the cognitive function of the brain of mammals.
