Multi-staged binder for use in elastomeric coatings, mastic coatings, caulks and sealants

An elastomeric composition which contains a multi-staged emulsion polymer binder and a photosensitive compound or composition is described. A method for using the elastomeric composition in elastomeric coatings, caulks, or sealants is also described.
