Zusammenfassung:	A clad assembly is produced, consisting of at least one clad metal sheet and comprising at least one cladding layer made of an alloy or stainless steel and at least one base layer made of structural steel containing less than 0.14 % of carbon, less than 0.06 % of titanium, at least 0.005 % of nitrogen, at least one element making it possible to obtain good quenchability and at least one carbide-forming element. A hyperquenching of the clad assembly from a temperature of at least 1050 DEG C is carried out.
