Zusammenfassung:	Bacterial strains which produce increased amounts of amino acids comprising in their genome a mutation affecting the corresponding aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase conferring auxotrophy which cannot be fully suppressed by addition of this amino acid into the culture medium in combination with mutations which destroy the negative regulation in the biosynthesis of the selected amino acid.
