Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	An intraocular lens (30) including a balloon member (12) formed of an elastomer and adapted to be inserted into a capsular bag (26) of an eye, and an optically transparent fluid (18) which is injected into the balloon member (12) so that the balloon member (12) expands and fills the capsular bag (26). The intraocular lens (30) further includes a tube (14) provided on the balloon member (12) so as to permit injection of the fluid (18) therethrough, the tube (14) having a bore filled with and closed by a gel filler (16). The fluid (18) is injected into the balloon member (12) through the tube (14), with the gel filler (16) inhibiting leakage of the fluid (18) from the balloon member (12).
