Control for an axial piston pump

A manual servo control valve for a variable displacement axial piston pump (10) has a blocking mechanism (110) incorporated into the valve plate (62) to block the inlet and outlet ports (66, 68) of the valve when the valve is not operating to change the displacement of the pump (10).
