R1 and R2 are each independently substituted or unsubstituted alkyl or substituted or unsubstituted aryl, or together with R3 and R4 form a heterocyclic ring. R3 and R4 are each H or together with R1 and R2 form a heterocyclic ring. A is a ketomethylene residue. X represents a carboxyphenyl or sulfonamidophenyl, or a carboxy or sulfonamido substituent that is appended to an aryl ring that is part of A.
