Zusammenfassung:	The young plant grafting apparatus is developed for the purpose of grafting a number of young plants, which are cultured in an arrayed state, very efficiently with the young plants clamped simultaneously irrespective of the varying conditions of the stems thereof. A clamping mechanism consists of a pair of clamping members. One clamping member is provided at its upper and lower sides with a pair of guide plates having a number of guide recesses formed so as to be opened in the clamp surfaces of the guide plates in such a manner that the number and positions of the guide recesses correspond to those of the young plants to be grafted. The other clamping member is provided on the clamp surface thereof with a buffer element projecting therefrom so as to be fitted in a space between the two guide plates. @(62pp Dwg.No.2/52)@.
