Zusammenfassung:Material has an Al foil (1) provided on the food-contacting side with a fat-resistance protective layer (2) and on the outside with a covered 'pergamin' parchment paper (3). Covering (4) is of an ethylene copolymer, pref. an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer with a 3-9% comonomer content. Protective layer (2) is pref. of a fat-repelling material. Pref. material comprises a 6.5-8 microns thick Al foil. (1) having a coating (2) on the inside of 1-3 g/m2. of a fat- and water-resistant lacquer which is also resistant when dairy produce is packaged to 1% lactic acid. On the outside of Al foil (1) is a 'pergamin' parchment paper layer (3) covered at 35-45 g/m2. of an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer (4) with a 3-9% comonomer content.
