Acrylonitril(co)polymers containing phosphonic esters

Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Acryl- und Modacryl(co)polymerisate auf Basis von Acrylnitril und Monomeren mit Carboxyl- und/oder Carboxylatgruppen (I) mit R¹ = H, CH3, CH2-COOX, X = H, Metallionenäquivalent der 1. Gruppe und 2. Haupt- und Nebengruppe des PS und Al, vorzugsweise Na, K, Mg, Ca, Zn, Al, vorzugsweise Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Itaconsäure oder ihre Salze als Monomere, sowie Monomeren mit Phosphonsäureesteralkylgruppen (II) oder (III), mit n =: 1 bis 3, vorzugsweise n = 1; R² =: H, Alkyl, R³ =: C1-C4-Alkyl und C6-C12-Aryl, Y =: zweiwertiger Rest -O-, -NH-, >N-Alkyl, Z =: zweiwertiger C1-C4-Alkylen- und C6-C12-Arylenrest, daraus hergestellte Formkörper, insbesondere Fasern, sowie die Verwendung dieser Fasern zur Herstellung textiler, schwerentflammbarer, halogenfreier Materialien, bei denen die verbesserte Flammwidrigkeit auch bei Verwendung von Lösungsmitteln beständig bleibt. The invention relates to acrylic and modacrylic (co)polymers based on acrylonitrile and monomers containing carboxyl and/or carboxylate groups (I) where R = H, CH3 or CH2-COOX, X = H, a metal ion equivalent from group 1 or main group or subgroup 2 of the Periodic Table, and, Al, preferably Na, K, Mg, Ca, Zn or Al, preferably acrylic acid, methacrylic acid or itaconic acid, or salts thereof as monomers, and monomers containing alkyl phosphonate groups (II) or (III) where n = 1 to 3, preferably 1, R = H or alkyl, R = C1-C4-alkyl or C6-C12-aryl, Y = a divalent radical -O-, -NH- or &rdurule& N-alkyl, Z = a divalent C1-C4-alkylene or C6-C12-arylene radical, mouldings produced therefrom, in particular fibres, and the use of these fibres for the production of flame-resistant, halogen-free textile materials in which the improved flame resistance is retained even when solvents are used.
