Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to singly cationic complexes of technetium which, as potential radiopharmaceuticals, preferentially accumulate in myocardial tissue. The intention of the invention is to bind singly positively charged lipophilic technetium complexes which preferentially accumulate in the myocardium and have a low accumulation rate in adjacent organs such as, for example, the liver. The object includes a process for the production of the complexes found. The object is achieved according to the invention with singly positively charged technetium complex compounds which enter the myocardium and have the general formula [TcL nL m] in which the ligand L is a polydentate sulphide or a polydentate ether, and the ligand L is a monodentate, neutral or basic complexing agent which is either a halide or pseudohalide ion or an organic complexing agent. The combination of the polydentate and of the monodentate complexing agent is chosen so that the charge transferred by the total of the donor atoms to the metal is one unit less than the number of charges on the technetium. Concerning the process, the object is achieved by reacting the complexing agent L with the second complexing agent L either simultaneously in a mixture or in a subsequent reaction in acidic, aqueous or aqueous-alcoholic solution at room temperature with a technetium compound and with a reducing agent.
