Zusammenfassung:	A disposable single use device for an objective and accurate determination of sperm cells quality at a controlled constant temperature is described. The device comprises a chamber possessing a planar lower rectangular optical translucent solid possessing at least one grid of 1 square mm, on which there is an upper rectangular flat optical translucent solid surface at a precise distance selected in the range between 10 to 100 microns. The device is located into a temperature controlled holding unit, placed under the microscope lens through which the evaluation and counting of the sperm cells are determined. The device is very simple and provides reliable counting of sperm cells, compared with other known expensive chambers used for this purpose.
