Zusammenfassung:	In a shower head with a housing which can be connected to the water supply and which forms at least one water chamber, and with a floor part with water outlet openings formed from elastic material which downstream are of hose-like design, it is proposed for the sake of improvement, and in particular in order to remove calcium deposits on all the water outlet openings, that in the area of the hose-like end pieces of the water outlet openings a device for optionally vigorously squeezing and/or scraping off of the end pieces on the shower head is provided, the hose-like end pieces being constructed with walls which are as thin as possible. Instead of a particular device, it can also be provided that the protruding hose-like area of the water outlet openings is produced from a material with a material hardness of 20 to 100 Shore so that vigorously squeezing or scraping off of the end pieces can be carried out manually by the user without a special device.
