ELECTRICALLY OPERATED CITRUS PRESS

The invention relates to a citrus press to produce fruit juices. The motor-driven press cone (11) is surrounded all around by a sieve (20) with outlets (27) under which a collection dish for the fruit juice is arranged. When pressing a citrus fruit, the fruit juice passes through the outlets of the sieve. The boundary area between the press cone (11) and the surrounding area of the sieve (20) is designed as an annular gap (25) whose outlet cross section may be increased or reduced via an adjustment device. Thus the proportion of marc in the fruit juice is determined in advance.
