Zusammenfassung:Shoyu, an original and traditional Japanese liquid seasoning, has a blackish purple or blackish brown color due to the materials used and the manufacturing process. According to the present invention, however, such color peculiar to the conventional shoyu can be decolored so that the shoyu can be colored in any desired colors such as red, blue, yellow, green, etc., whereby the conventional shoyu can be improved into one which is available in a variety of colors while maintaining the taste, aroma and flavor peculiar to the conventional shoyu.
