Process for the synthesis of a new N-acetylated Heparin derivative, by reaction of a N-desulfated Heparin with acetic anhydride, new compound so obtained and pharmaceutical compositions containing it, endowed with antithrombotic and fibrinolitic properties with low anticlotting ativity.
