Zusammenfassung:	For control of the injection rate of a device for feeding fuel into the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine, comprising an injection valve opening into the combustion chamber, which is used for taking compressed gas from the cylinder and injecting it together with the fuel supplied by a metering device, and further comprising a gas storage cell for holding the compressed gas, the proposal is put forward that a variable throttle be provided between the valve seat of the injection valve and the gas storage cell, whose flow cross-section can be controlled in accordance with load and speed parameters of the engine.
