Zusammenfassung:	Stabilised interleukin-l beta compsn. contains (1) an activated interleukin-l beta; (2) one or more of the following: human serum albumin (HSA), sugar, surfactant (pref. HSA, HSA + sugar, sugar + surfactant or HSA + sugar + surfactant). A sulphur-contg. reducing agent (e.g.cysteine, sodium thiosulphate, thioctic acid or glutathione) may be present, and the compsn. is pref. buffered. Sugars which may be used are e.g. glucose, mannose, galactose, mannitol, inositol, xylitol, maltose, sucrose, dextran and hydroxypropylstarch. Surfactants which may be used are e.g. polyoxyethylenesorbitan or polyoxyethylene-alkyl ether, sorbitan monoacyl ester and fatty acid glycerides.
