According to the invention, insulating and spring elements 1 to 4 consist of thermoplastic polyurethane which is resistant to low temperatures and has a high modulus of elasticity, a compressive strength of >/= 35 N/mm and an elastic compression set of up to 40%, and are in the form of elastomer tapes, strips, discs or bushes or are wedge-shaped or are in the form of an angular strip or hump element.
