Zusammenfassung:	The method for flow measurement in which, by applying an electrical voltage, a marking volume is generated which passes in the direction of flow through a measuring section, the flow velocity or a measuring parameter linked to the flow velocity being determined from the running time of the marking volume, is to be adapted for use in the characteristic flow range of body-related aqueous fluids. According to the invention, this is accomplished if the marking volume for the flow measurement of electrolytic body-related fluids is produced by short-period electrolytic decomposition of the fluid, the applied voltage being less than 24 volt.
