Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for infrared detectors, particularly for thermal imagers with photoresistors as detector elements. In this arrangement, the collector current of a transistor (T2) is integrated in a capacitor (C2) over one sampling period. At the end of the sampling period, the capacitor is discharged to a predetermined potential via an electronic switch (T3). In this connection, the duration of discharging is much shorter than the sampling period. The duration of discharging is preferably shorter than the Nth part of the sampling period, N being the number of detector elements and the electrical charge or the current during discharging being evaluated as a measure of the pixel amplitude. |
