Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a mounting device for a control unit in a switchboard. For this purpose a cylinder of the collar penetrates the switchboard and is connected to a retaining part. Catch fasteners arranged in the retaining part are used for this purpose, which engage in corresponding cut-outs in the cylinder, as well as clamping screws which are rotated into the retaining part diagonally offset with respect to the catch fasteners, and which result in clamping of the collar with respect to the switchboard and compensate for different switchboard thicknesses (1 - 6 mm).
