Zusammenfassung:	A wide-band terminating impedance for high-frequency lines or circuits, which can be produced with little expenditure, has a first resistor (R0) which is connected in parallel with at least one branch which consists of a further resistor (R1, R2 ... RN) and a line section (L1, L2 ... LN) connected thereto, the line section (L1, L2 ... LN) of each branch connected in parallel with the first resistor (R0) in each case exhibiting such a length that waves of particular wavelengths propagating over this section are subjected to a phase reversal.
