Zusammenfassung:An axial piston machine (1) with a rotating cylinder block (4), supported such that it can rotate in a housing (2, 3), in which there is supported in a movable manner a plurality of pistons (8) in piston bores (5), having flow channels (10), which open on the end side of the rotating cylinder block (4), and having a control surface (9), which is arranged between the rotating cylinder block (4) and a supporting part (3) on the housing side, and has control channels (11), which connect the flow channels (10) to inlet and outlet lines (13, 14), is to be designed such that it can be produced and operated with a reduced material and cost outlay, while guaranteeing good sealing. This is achieved by the control surface (9) being formed by means of a disc (16), which is inserted loosely and is protected against rotation, and which is produced from a flat material.
