Zusammenfassung: | A DC motor M with continuously adjustable power adjustors V1, V2 or the like for the windings of the DC motor M, is constructed as a series-wound reversing motor in order to simplify the overall construction of a four-quadrant drive, to reduce the complexity of the power electronics, and to reduce the losses in the power adjustors. The series-wound reversing motor M contains a field winding L1, L2 for each of the two directions of rotation, only one single-quadrant power adjustor V1, V2 being provided for each field winding. One regulator-driver circuit A1 is provided for both power adjustors, and operates as a current regulator connected to motor current sensors R1, R2. In comparison to known drives of the same genus, this four-quadrant drive requires a reduced number of power adjustors and free-wheeling diodes V3, V4, thus considerably reducing the installed volume, the regulation complexity and, in particular, the power electronics and losses in the power section. |
