Base for reflection-photographic elements

A base for reflection-photographic elements is disclosed which has a biaxially stretched film support, said film comprising polyester resin and titanium dioxide, wherein said film contains at least one compound represented by the following general formula (I) or (II). wherein R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 each represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an unsubstituted or substituted alkyl group, an alkoxy group, a dialkylamino group or an aryl group, provided that R1, R2, R3 and R4 may cooperate to form a ring. and R6, R7, R8 and R9 each represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an unsubstituted or substituted alkyl group, an alkoxy group, a dialkylamino group or an aryl group, provided that R6 and R7, and R8 and R9 each may cooperate to form a ring.
