Zusammenfassung:	The GRF analogues of the following formula in which R is Tyr, D-Tyr, deNH2-Tyr, acyl-Tyr, His or C< alpha >-methyl-Tyr; R is Ala, N-methyl-D-Ala or D-Ala; R is Lys, Ala Leu, Val or Ile; R is Ala, Leu, Val, Ile, Nle, Nval, beta -Ala or alpha -Aib; R is Lys, Ala, Leu, Val or Ile; R is Met, Leu, Nle or Ile; R is Asn or Ser; X is hydrogen or -CO-A; Y is -OE or -NGL; A is hydrogen, C1-4-alkyl or halogeno-C1-4-alkyl; E is hydrogen or C1-5-alkyl; G and L are, independently of one another, either hydrogen, C1-7-alkyl, C2-4-alkenyl or halo-C1-4-alkyl; with the restriction that when E or G and L are both hydrogen, at least one of the substituents X, R , R , R and R is one of the underlined radicals, fragments thereof truncated at the C terminus by one to 15 amino acids, and pharmaceutically tolerated acid or base addition salts of these compounds are described. The GRF analogues and their pharmaceutical compounds are suitable for the treatment of disorders related to growth hormone in humans and for use in animals.
