Zusammenfassung:	According to a method for exchanging data between two processors interconnected by means of three transmission lines, the processor ready to transmit announces the transmission of data via a line which is affected thereto. The processor ready to receive responds to the announcement of the processor ready to transmit which, in its turn, acknowledges the response of the processor ready to receive. The reception of the aknowledgement from the processor ready to transmit is announced by the processor ready to receive to the processor ready to transmit which, having received such announcement, begins the transmission of data. In order to exclude the situation where both processors would want to transmit at the same time, one of the two processors interrogates twice the transmission line attributed to the other processor. Only after having established by means of those two interrogations that the other processor does not want to transmit the interrogating processor start the data transmission. Otherwise, it goes back to the receiving condition.
