Zusammenfassung:For providing contact in two steps with both sides of circuit board assemblies (Lp), a lower needle adaptor (Nau) having first and second spring-loaded contact needles (Kn1, Kn2) of different lengths and an upper needle adaptor (Nao) having third and fourth spring-loaded contact needles (Kn3, Kn4) of different lengths are provided. During all steps of making contact, the circuit boards (Lp) are firmly clamped between lower and upper test-specimen-specifically arranged pressure plungers (Asu and Aso, respectively) which, in particular, ensures a high contact-making reliability. ……
