Zusammenfassung:The casing of the sensor (11) consists of a silicon slab (10), from which two similar pendulums (12, 12a) with asymmetrical rotating masses (13, 14) are cut out by an etching process. At a relatively low resonance frequency the angle of inclination can be defined in two directions. The sensor (11) is extremely compact and can easily be installed in vehicles. It can be manufactured very cheaply.
