Zusammenfassung:	DNA construct contains a nucleotide sequence (I) encoding a protein, which, on activation, has the same biological activity for blood coagulation as Factor VIIa. (I) codes at least partially for Factor VII and comprises a first sequence (Ia) encoding a calcium binding domain, joined to a second sequence downstream of (Ia), which encodes a catalytic domain for the serine protease activity of Factor VIIa. (Ia) comprises a gene encoding Factor VII, Factor IX, Factor X, Protein C, prothrombin or Protein S. - A recombinant plasmid is provided which includes a promoter followed downstream by (I), which is followed downstream by a polyadenylation signal.
