Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a multiplexable liquid-crystal cell having two substrates 1 and 2 which are arranged at a distance from one another and which between themselves form a cell space 3 filled with liquid crystal substance. On the cell space side, data lines 4 and electrodes 5 connected thereto are arranged on one substrate 1, which form picture elements with picture electrodes 7 opposite to the electrodes 5 and arranged on the second substrate 2 on the cell space side. The picture electrodes 7 are connected to data lines 6 also arranged on the second substrate 2 via metal-insulator-metal elements. The data lines 4 and 6 are connected to a picture element via at least two metal-insulator-metal elements of the same structure, the structure of one metal-insulator-metal element being arranged oppositely to the structure of the other metal-insulator-metal element in the direction of current flow.
