A compound provided by the present invention, of the formula wherein R1 is C14-20 alkyl; R2, R3 and R4 are independently hydrogen or C1-5 alkyl, or represents a cyclic ammonio group; and A is C2-5 alkylene, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, are useful as a anti-tumor agent.
