Suitable nitrogen-containing bases include aliphatic, aromatic and heterocyclic amines, and mixtures thereof; suitable phosphines are preferably aliphatic or aromatic phosphines and suitable phosphine oxides are aliphatic or aromatic phosphine oxides.
